Guided Tour

Grazr.com lets you manage the information overload from the huge number of feeds available on any subject. This tour will show you the basic steps involved in using the site.

1. Create a reading list
Your first step is creating a reading list of the feeds you want to share with others. Our online editor lets you add feeds with a simple wizard, or by dragging them from any Web page. You can create an unlimited number of reading lists and host them for free on Grazr.com. Each reading list is given its own page, so anyone can read it. Paid accounts on Grazr also let you password protect reading lists to control who can read them.
2. Add the Grazr widget to any Web page
Once you have saved your reading list, you can use it to create a widget. Widgets can be customized and then posted to sites like iGoogle or your own blog with a single click. There is no limit on the number of widgets you can create or the number of times they can be viewed on any Web page. You can edit the reading list at any time, and the widget will automatically display the new list of feeds.
3. Turn a reading list into a stream
A stream is the combination of all the items in a reading list's feeds. This is an excellent way of finding out what's new in a large number of feeds. A free account lets you create a stream from a single reading list containing up to 50 feeds. Paid accounts allow you to build an unlimited number of streams from lists containing hundreds or even thousands of feeds. A stream can be displayed in a Grazr widget, or used as a normal feed in any other feed reading tool, such as Google Reader.
4. Filter your stream.
You can filter the items that appear in a stream by keyword, date, or media type. You can also display the results in reverse order by date to see the oldest items first.
