How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you cancel a paid plan within 30 days of signing up, you won't be charged anything. If you cancel your account in the future, you will not be charged again. Refunds will not be issued after your initial 30 day trial, and we don't prorate for partial months.
If I upgrade from the free plan to a paid account, do I still get a 30-day free trial?
If you upgrade from free to a paid account, you will be billed immediately. The 30-day free trial on paid plans is only available if you sign up for a paid plan now.
Are there any additional charges for page views or bandwidth for my Grazr pages or widgets?
There are no usage charges for your Grazr.com account. We want people to share your work, so the more your Grazr pages and widgets are viewed, the better.
Is this a long-term contract? Can I cancel whenever I want with no extra fees?
Grazr is a pay-as-you-go service. There is no long term contract or commitments on your part. If you cancel, you won't be billed again.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can click on the Account Upgrade link on the sidebar to see the options for changing your plan level. There are no extra fees for upgrading or downgrading your account level.
How can I pay for my account?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We can only process payments online, so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
